Insurance
Counseling and therapy services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health/substance abuse benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, personal check, and money order accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours prior notice to cancel a session. If you fail to cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $30 office fee. Please note that although this fee is allowed by major insurance carriers, it is not covered by them and will be an out of pocket expense.
